Please read these conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. By ordering any of our products you are agreeing to be bound by the following conditions.

2) Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old in order to legally purchase alcohol. By placing your order through our website you are confirming that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3) How the contract is formed

All orders are subject to our approval and product availability. You will be notified and we will confirm such acceptance to you by electronic means. We reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute, or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulant means.

    a)  Prices and Payment

    We try to ensure that the prices for products on our website are accurate; however, occasionally errors may occur. If there is an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

    All prices exclude VAT and the cost of standard delivery. Credit card payments will be charged in Pounds Sterling.

    You may also pay for your order using your PayPal account.

    b) * Cashback

   A Rewards Online member will qualify for cashback rewards only if he or she has logged into the Rewards Online website and accessed the merchant’s website via a link from the Rewards Online  member’s area.

The amount of your cashback will be credited to your PayPal account approximately 35 days  after your transaction has been processed.

    Where the order concerns wines "En Primeur," payment for the wine (excluding VAT, excise duty, and delivery charges) is due on the date the order is acknowledged. The final payment (including VAT, transport, and excise duty) is due upon receipt of our final invoice when the products become available for delivery.

    d) Ownership

Ownership of any products ordered is ours until we have received full payment for the order. Upon delivery, the risk is passed on to you.

    f) Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of the products sold through our website. If you have any problems related to the quality of our products, you should notify us within one month of  accepting delivery. If we agree that the quality of the product(s) is unacceptable, we will replace the product with one of similar or better value. If a complaint is not received within the one month period, we will consider the order to have been accepted by you.

    g) Our Liability and Disclaimer

When you purchase through our website, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in your order.

This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for fraud, or for death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

We are not liable for defects in products that are caused by the product’s manufacturer. We also are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage related to data, profit, revenue, or business, regardless of how it was caused.

We accept no liability for any minor errors or omissions that can remain despite the precautions taken by us in the presentation of the products.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties and we abide by the regulations set forth in the Data Protection Act 1998. Please refer to our Privacy Policy in section 5.

4) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Purchases made through our website will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any problems and disputes that arise from such purchases shall be resolved exclusively through the UK legal system.
