A manual vintage made with the most degree of maturity of the grapes, followed by a long and looked after wine making and a breeding out of barrels of French oak, ensure quality and an excellent evolution in bottles during many years.
The 22 hectares of the vineyard are situated on the south hillsides of the rive droite of the Gironde. The domain is completely planted in noble vines All the vineyard of Falfas are cultivated on a bio-dynamic base, an agriculture which backs up the environment by respecting the plant, the nature and the consumer. Stemming from old vineyards of cabernet and merlot planted in the 1920s, raised in new trunks, Le Chevalier de Falfas is a wine of guard. With his dress garnet deep and dense, the intense bouquet of his nose and his wealth, length and complexity in mouth, Le Chevalier is the proud heir of four hundred-years of excellence at Falfas property.
