Wine making process :

Le Castelet is wine maked in tub in stainless steel and go through a long  fermentation process.

It is then brought up in new merrain oak barrels which are changed every year. The wine so obtained possesses this woody characteristic which, with the curvature of the merlot, give a very typified breuvage.
